We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be working in an exceptional home care service based in the Diss, Norfolk area, providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes and residential settings.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading healthcare provider, dedicated to delivering person-centred care and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.

To be considered for this position, you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. As a Support Worker, your key duties will include:

  • Promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
  • Assisting with daily tasks, including personal care assistance, days out, and companionship
  • Encouraging independence, well-being, and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
  • Ensuring accurate record keeping at all times

The successful Home Care Assistant will receive an excellent salary of \u00a314.00 per hour. This permanent full-time role offers a range of benefits, including paid training, paid DBS, uniform, enhanced rates for weekends and Bank holidays, mileage paid at 25p per mile, and travel time between visits.
