Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Instructor to lead our Ultimate Tech program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technology and coding activities to children aged 8-14.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging technology and coding activities that cater to the needs and abilities of our campers.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of Technology Instructors to ensure they deliver exceptional care and activities.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, including health and safety, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks, including communication with parents and staff.
  • Role Modeling: Demonstrate the Ultimate Activity Company's values and behavior, serving as a positive role model for our campers.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified or working towards relevant qualifications in IT teaching, Computer Science, or Digital Media.
  • Experience: Proven experience in working with children, teaching IT skills, and managing teams.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in the IT teaching or holiday camp sectors.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with parents and staff.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to challenging situations.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Paediatric First Aid: Hold a Paediatric First Aid qualification or be willing to gain one through the Ultimate Activity Company.
