Outdoor Adventure Coordinator

Job Title: Outdoor Adventure Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Adventure Coordinator to join our team at Ultimate Activity. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a variety of bushcraft and outdoor activities, leading a team of instructors, and ensuring the welfare and safety of children on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver activities for children aged 7-14, focusing on participation, skill development, and enjoyment.
- Directly manage a team of staff to ensure they deliver the quality of care and standard of activities expected at Ultimate Activity.
- Ensure all policies and procedures on camp are adhered to by yourself, your staff, and the children in your care.
- Liaise with Head Office and act as the point of contact for parents and host school staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within outdoor education, with a focus on bushcraft and working with children in an outdoor setting.
- A natural leader with management experience, ideally within the outdoor education or holiday camp sectors.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
