About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Seasonal Artist to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our innovative products.

  • You will work closely with our customers to understand their beauty needs and provide personalized recommendations, ensuring they leave our stores feeling confident and beautiful.
  • With a strong focus on artistry and product knowledge, you will be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques, and to share your expertise with colleagues and customers alike.
  • You will be a brand ambassador for Charlotte Tilbury, embodying our values of empowerment, inclusivity, and creativity.
  • As a Seasonal Artist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the success of our team.
About You
  • You will have a strong background in beauty therapy, ideally with an NVQ-3 qualification, and experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • You will be passionate about beauty and makeup, with a keen eye for detail and a love of learning.
  • You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
  • You will be a creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
