About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Seasonal Artist to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our innovative products.

  • With a strong background in beauty therapy and sales, you will be able to provide expert advice and guidance to customers, helping them to achieve their beauty goals.
  • You will be a brand ambassador for Charlotte Tilbury, embodying our values of empowerment, inclusivity, and creativity.
  • As a Seasonal Artist, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with colleagues to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • You will have the opportunity to attend our renowned Magic Academy, where you will develop your skills and knowledge in art, commerce, and Charlotte's own values.
About You
  • We are looking for individuals with a passion for beauty, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in sales or beauty therapy is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • You will be a team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
