Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Ambulance Care Assistant to join our team in Worcester.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent patient care and transportation services. As an Ambulance Care Assistant, you will be responsible for transporting elderly, sick, and vulnerable service users to and from medical appointments and between healthcare facilities.

The role involves working as part of a two-person crew or alone, requiring a full UK driving license and good physical fitness. You will work a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern with 12-hour shifts, with no night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transporting patients to and from medical appointments and between healthcare facilities
  • Assisting with the handling of patients in and out of ambulances
  • Ensuring ambulances are kept safe, clean, and tidy
Requirements
  • Commitment to patient care

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
