Responsibilities- Lead and manage complex planning projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Conduct thorough research, analysis, and assessments to inform strategic planning decisions, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Craft and submit robust planning applications, reports, and appeals, showcasing your expertise and attention to detail.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Fully qualified member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
- Degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of demonstrable experience in town planning, preferably within London.
- Proven expertise in leading and delivering successful planning projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in planning software and GIS tools.
