About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Banqueting Operations Team at The Landmark London Ltd. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every event is a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the setup and execution of banqueting events, ensuring that all details are properly understood and executed.
  • Run the banqueting rooms during events, ensuring that the expected service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of our guests.
