Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity
Bastow Irwin Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team in Colchester. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for dealing with properties and clients across a range of price points, from the mid-range to the top end.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate canvassing activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Work closely with clients and applicants to build long-term business relationships and achieve targets.
- Effectively market properties to buyers and match prospective tenants and buyers to suitable properties.
- Manage the sales process from generating viewings to negotiating and completing deals.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Strong property sales experience and a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
