As an Internal Sales Executive at The People Pod Careers, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the recycling industry. With a focus on sustainability and innovation, we're looking for a motivated sales professional to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

About the Role:

  • Taking the lead on acquiring new accounts and driving conversions with confidence.
  • Building and deepening relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their recycling needs.
  • Identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities, engaging clients through various channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recycling, waste management, or rejuvenation, with a proven track record of success in sales. You'll work closely with company leaders and the Head of Sales, gaining guidance and mentorship to excel in your career.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquiring new accounts, following up on quotations, and driving conversions with confidence.
  2. Building and deepening relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their recycling needs.
  3. Identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities, engaging clients through phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  4. Staying current on market trends, using insights to drive strategic engagement.
  5. Delivering high-quality service, handling quotes, orders, and delivery management efficiently.
