The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care, prioritizing the well-being and medical needs of our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans, ensuring seamless continuity across our six care homes.

With a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, you can expect a comprehensive package that includes paid NMC pin renewal, 28 days pro rata holidays, and access to exclusive benefits through our Vivup Employee Benefits Programme.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess and plan individualized care for residents, incorporating their unique needs and preferences.
  • Administer medications and treatments, adhering to medical prescriptions and care plans.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individual care plans, ensuring a cohesive approach to resident care.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, health status, and changes in residents' conditions, providing timely updates to the care team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC nursing pin.
  • Proven experience as a registered nurse in a care setting, with a strong understanding of current medical practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional care, with a focus on compassion, empathy, and patient-centered approaches.

This role requires a PVG and two references, with the opportunity for professional growth and development within our organization.
