Job Summary

The Mechanical Project Manager will lead the Mechanical team in the delivery of a brand new £200m M&E project spanning over 4 years. This role involves overseeing mechanical installations design phase through to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, including profit margins, preliminary costs, and procurement expenses.
  • Create detailed project schedules and programs to enable accurate progress monitoring and reporting.
  • Secure and allocate the necessary resources to effectively and efficiently deliver the project or scheme.
  • Ensure successful project completion within specified constraints while maintaining a professional approach.
  • Implement and oversee the creation of the Project Quality Plan and Trade Quality Plans.
  • Ensure a successful and seamless handover of the project, providing support to the customer or end user throughout the process.
