Mechanical Estimator is with a Leicester based Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who over the last 20 plus years have maintained a reputation for quality. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects pricing up the Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework

As a Mechanical Building Services Estimator, you will be:

* Estimating and pricing projects up to the value of £5M

* Pricing all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework

* Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail

* Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Estimator or Mechanical Services Estimator. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.

As a Mechanical Building Services Estimator your salary will be within the £45-55K region plus a Company Car. As part of your employment with the company you will receive automatic enrolment in the pension and bonus schemes.
