Child Development Assistant

We are seeking a Child Development Assistant to work with Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupils in a vibrant school in Morecambe. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with behavioural challenges, assisting in delivering tailored learning activities.
About the PositionAs a Child Development Assistant, you will work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being. You will have experience working with children with behavioural needs (KS1 preferred) and be able to manage challenging behaviour with patience and resilience.

Requirements- Experience working with children with behavioural needs (KS1 preferred)
