**Job Description:** Compassionate Teaching Assistant - SEND Experience Required

**Location:** Various schools across the UK

**Salary:** £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a compassionate teaching assistant with experience in supporting children with SEND. As a key member of our school team, you will provide 1:1 support to a pupil with Down's syndrome, working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external specialists to deliver tailored support that promotes the child's development and inclusion in school life.

You will need to have a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and experience working with children with Down's syndrome or additional needs. A patient, caring, and positive approach to supporting young learners is essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be willing to undertake additional training as required.
