Control & Instrumentation Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Control & Instrumentation Engineer to join our team at a well-established site in Manchester. The successful candidate will have experience in water treatment, chemical, or pharmaceutical sectors and possess knowledge of DeltaV DCS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain control systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Design and implement instrument loops, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Participate in HAZOP teams to ensure functional safety.
  • Contribute to project work, utilizing PLC programming skills.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and DCS, with recent experience in DeltaV DCS.
  • Excellent fault-finding and software change management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
