Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Systems Specialist to join our team at Nter Talent. As an Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing automated systems that enhance production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Automated Processes: Develop and refine equipment and processes to maximize automation potential, ensuring designs prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Analyze Production Processes: Identify and apply suitable automation technologies to optimize production efficiency, collaborating with equipment suppliers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Production Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth handover of automated processes to production, implementing and enhancing production systems, processes, and machinery.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest engineering technology and production processes, introducing efficiency improvements in machine and production processes.
  • Implement Quality Standards: Follow APQP standards for project implementation, creating and managing engineering documents like FMEA and control plans.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in PLC Programming: Expertise in PLC programming and fault finding, with experience in PLC systems and automated production processes.
  • Knowledge of Robotics and Mechanical Systems: Familiarity with robotics, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in production, with experience in production engineering documentation (FMEA, process flow diagrams) in line with IATF standards.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to implement project schedules effectively, with a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
