Job Title: Disability Support Specialist

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and caring Disability Support Specialist to join our team. As a Disability Support Specialist, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities to develop personalized care plans and provide support in their daily activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Providing support in daily living activities and promoting independence.
  • Facilitating community and social outings for service users.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A high school diploma; certification in healthcare or social work is a plus.
  • Experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
