Learning Disability Specialist

As a Learning Disability Specialist at Ad Warrior Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with complex needs. This includes assessing, identifying, and designing support plans for learners with disabilities to aid achievement of planned outcomes and progression.
You will work collaboratively with learners, their families, schools, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure that learners receive the support they need to succeed.
A key aspect of this role is working with the Additional Learning Support Team, exams team, curriculum, and support staff, as well as internal and external professionals as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will require qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent), a specialist SEND qualification, and a Certificate in Psychometric Testing, Assessment, and Access Arrangements (CPT3A, or equivalent). The salary for this role is up to £32,199 per annum.
