About the Role

nGeneration is seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Stocktake Specialist to join our team on a full-time, maternity cover basis. As a Stocktake Auditor and Business Consultant, you will work with leading restaurants, pubs, bars, and retail entertainment venues to provide expert stock management advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular Wet and Dry Stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory management
  • Analyse stocktake results and provide actionable insights to improve stock utilisation and profitability
  • Work closely with clients to implement effective stock management strategies and processes
  • Develop long-term business relationships with clients, providing professional advice and support
  • Travel to designated areas, using your own vehicle, to conduct stocktakes and meet with clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, or as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, Pub/Bar Manager, Supervisor, or in a similar management position within the hospitality sector
  • Experience using EPoS systems, including running stocktake reports and adding items
  • Excellent organisation, time-management, and administrative skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel
  • Good understanding of stock yields and stock depletion
