Stocktaker Advisor

nGeneration is seeking a skilled Stocktaker Advisor to join our team. As a Stocktaker Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting Wet and Dry Stocktakes at various restaurants, pubs, bars, and retail entertainment venues in the Huddersfield area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular Wet and Dry Stocktakes at assigned locations
• Analyse stocktake results and provide recommendations for stock utilisation and profitability improvement
• Work with clients to implement stock management strategies and improve stock yields
• Utilise EPoS systems to run stocktake reports and add items
• Develop long-term business relationships with clients and provide professional advice and support

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or in a management/supervisory position within the hospitality industry
• Experience using EPoS systems, including running stocktake reports and adding items
• Excellent organisation, time-management, and administrative skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• PC literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office, including MS Excel
• Good understanding of stock yields and stock depletion
