About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Haematology Specialist Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our palliative care team, you will provide expert care to patients with complex symptom management needs in the community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess referrals for appropriateness and urgency, and provide palliative nursing interventions as needed.
  • Work autonomously to manage a caseload of patients with specialist palliative care and end-of-life care needs.
  • Collaborate with medical and other colleagues to ensure a coordinated and effective service in the hospice and community setting.
  • Identify nursing best practice developments to support the clinical team.
