Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking a highly skilled Renal Nurse to join our team in Eastbourne. As a Renal Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a dialysis environment.
We are looking for a nurse with clinical experience in a renal setting, either in the UK or overseas. You must be able to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop and oversee care plans for renal patients.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement care plans for renal patients
- Ensure accurate and meticulous documentation of clinical activities
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems
- Review pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care
- NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in 2024
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care
- Excellent English communication skills
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
- Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work
- Starting Salary of up to £33,719, based on dialysis experience
- £3,000 sign on bonus payable
- Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours
