Cotswolds Designer Outlet, a pioneering retail destination, is seeking a visionary Marketing and Engagement Manager to spearhead the launch and ongoing marketing strategy. We have partnered with a leading retail solutions provider to find a Marketing and Engagement Manager to drive the marketing operation at this aspirational outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to showcase Cotswolds Designer Outlet as a premium shopping destination, maximizing turnover and driving engagement.
- Collaborate with brand partners to create engaging content, manage multi-channel marketing efforts, and increase footfall and spend through partnerships and affiliations.
- Work closely with the Centre Manager and the retail solutions provider's central team to implement the agreed marketing plan and monitor performance.
- Execute marketing activities aimed at maximizing retailers' trading performances, footfall, and brand awareness.
- Contribute creative and strategic ideas to drive business growth and differentiate the outlet from competitors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and engagement, with a strong understanding of premium and high-end retail environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management, with analytical skills to interpret market research and performance data.
