We are seeking a skilled Bereavement and Family Support Counsellor to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals and their families during the last year of life and end of life. Our core service is delivered by a skilled team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants who provide individualised care and support to improve quality of life and facilitate a peaceful and dignified death in the home.

The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in counselling, BACP or equivalent registration, and experience working in palliative care or a bereavement setting. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients, their families, and carers.

We offer a competitive salary of £37 per hour, contributory pension scheme, 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays, and annual leave purchase scheme. We also offer regular support and benefit of group supervision, allowing you to continually develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.
