SEN School Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team at Robins Way School in Amesbury, Wiltshire. As SEN School Director, you will lead and develop our new SEN school, providing effective leadership and management to ensure it meets its aims and objectives.
About the Role- Develop and implement strategies to drive pupil achievement and meet the needs of pupils with complex communication needs.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality education and care to our pupils.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school, ensuring it operates effectively and efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, carers, and local communities.
- At least three years' experience as a senior leader in a specialist school for pupils with complex communication needs.
- Qualified Teacher Status or Equivalent.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality education and care.
