We are looking for a highly skilled Finance and Operations Head to join our team at Peridot Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key operational functions, leading financial excellence, and driving strategic growth within our dynamic, global organisation.

This is a senior leadership role that will be part of the Leadership Team and report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, ideally with a background in charity finance or an understanding of the unique compliance requirements in the non-profit sector.   • Holiday Entitlement: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional days for long service (increases at 3, 5, 8, and 10 years). Discretionary Christmas closure and a birthday day off.

The estimated salary for this role is £120,000 - £180,000 depending on experience.
