Regional Bank Senior Care Assistant
As a Regional Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the care team and ensuring the continuity of services to our residents. You will create a welcoming and stimulating environment, building strong relationships with residents and their families.
Working across a number of care homes, you will cover absence, holiday, and maternity leave. You will be expected to work at different homes, which can span up to a 30-mile radius.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and provide support and guidance to the care team.
- Review and update care plans to ensure they meet residents' needs and wishes.
- Plan and review staff rotas to ensure care support is available at all times.
- Promote high standards of care by delivering exceptional care duties and supervising staff appropriately.
- Ensure all areas across the Care Home are kept clean, tidy, and pleasant for all residents and family members.
- Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote the Home in a professional manner and raise awareness of the Home within the local community.
Requirements:
- A positive individual with a person-centred approach.
- A team player who engages well with others.
- A strong communicator and influencer.
- Passionate about offering a superior service and making a difference.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Able to drive, hold a full licence, and have access to a car.
- A leader willing to take ownership for the delivery of quality care.

Our Senior Care Assistants must hold a minimum of NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care and can evidence working in a healthcare environment.
