About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Nurse Leader. You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation.

As a Senior Clinical Nurse Leader, you will oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, making timely decisions and utilizing your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to all team members.

You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. Your strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift
  • Make timely decisions and utilize your clinical skills to guide and support others
Requirements
  • A registered nurse with experience of leading a team

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 per annum, plus benefits including a welcome bonus of £1500 paid in two installments, free meals, ongoing personal development plan, company pension scheme, and friendly working environment.
