Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional cleanliness and quality of service
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Provide training and coaching to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
