Job Title: Actuarial Analyst Graduate

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Analyst Graduate to join our team in the Longevity area, responsible for developing mortality bases for retirement products and monitoring longevity risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in producing longevity and demographic assumptions for best estimate liabilities and capital requirements.
  • Contribute to business growth by providing pricing assumptions for BPA transactions.
  • Provide expert insight into emerging longevity trends.
  • Carry out and support longevity analysis, including technical investigations and research.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular research on relevant longevity topics and present findings to the team.
  • Demonstrate a positive risk and control culture through active identification, assessment, monitoring, and management of risks and controls.
  • Identify and anticipate the need for changes to improve quality and efficiency of output.
  • Manage risks using expert judgment, know-how, and experience.
  • Accountable for the technical accuracy of outputs and timely delivery of work.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Actuarial Science or relevant degree.
  • Qualified or working towards actuarial fellowship or other relevant qualification.
  • Keeps up to date with Continued Professional Development requirements.
