Make a Difference in Children's Lives

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team at Randstad Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality social work services to children and families, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including teachers, healthcare providers, and community organizations, to develop and implement effective support plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs, identifying areas of risk and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders, promoting trust and confidence in our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in social work, applying this knowledge to inform your practice and improve outcomes for children.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Worker in a children's services setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, child protection, and family support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
