Paraplanner/Trainee Paraplanner Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner or Trainee Paraplanner to join our client's Financial Planning team. As a Paraplanner, you will provide comprehensive support to Financial Planners, handling multiple client queries, researching and consolidating information, and managing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Planners, including handling client queries and managing tasks
  • Research and consolidate information into well-written reports
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Financial Planning products and providers
  • Collaborate with Financial Planners to deliver high-quality client service
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience in IFA admin or paraplanning within an IFA, Bank, or financial services firm
  • Level 4 Certificate in Paraplanning and/or Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning Qualification with the CII
  • Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
