Job Title: Payroll Administration Specialist

The Armstrong Knight team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administration Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our payroll department. This role involves maintaining accurate records, administering payroll systems, and ensuring timely payments to employees.

About You:

You will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations and procedures, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders. Your attention to detail and organizational abilities will be essential in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as we continue to grow and expand our operations. As a Payroll Administration Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR Manager in running monthly payroll, liaising with payroll providers, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including employment history, benefits, and payroll data.
  • Administer payroll systems, including processing payrolls, calculating taxes and deductions, and managing pension files.
  • Liaise with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the payroll process.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including preparing reports, responding to queries, and maintaining accurate records.

Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per annum
