Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to join our team in Abergavenny. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes or care settings.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.
- Support individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs.
- Create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for clients.
- Maintain accurate records and document all client interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience working in a care setting in the UK.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach.
