Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a Degree in English.
  • Communication Skills: Possess the ability to inspire and motivate students to think critically.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teaching Experience: Provide a differentiated learning experience that ensures all students make progress.
  • Student Engagement: Engage students in a manner that will challenge them to grow and learn.
  • Attainment Levels: Have a proven track record of improving attainment levels at GCSE for English Literature and Language.

Additional Requirements:

  • DBS Check: Hold an enhanced Child Workforce DBS, registered on the update service, or be willing to obtain one through GSL Education.
