Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Estates team at the Norse Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting senior management in managing property professionals and technical staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide inspirational leadership, management, and direction to the team in line with the Group's values.
- Ensure effective day-to-day management and provide robust performance management of the team.
- Work with clients to develop, implement, and monitor property strategies in accordance with their corporate plans.
- Liaise with clients to support Estate & Asset Management initiatives.
- Monitor the income and expenditure of the team and strive for best practice.
- Provide proactive and responsive strategic advice to clients on all property issues.
- Ensure the valuation team's business plan and financial targets are achieved.
- Meet business growth targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Effectively manage and resource work, inspiring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain existing client relationships and contribute to the achievement of the Estates business plan objectives and targets.
- Chartered Membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an Estates-related discipline.
- Significant relevant experience with at least 10 years post-qualification.
- Previous experience in managing a team and/or management responsibilities.
- Full UK driving license.
- Willingness to travel to different offices outside of Norwich.
- Competitive annual salary of up to £64,000.
