Estate Services Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Services Operative to join our expanding Estate Services Team within Greatwell Homes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our estates, communal and open spaces reflect our ambition to provide great properties and places for our customers. This will involve providing landscaping and grounds maintenance services, including mowing lawns and grassed areas, weeding, pruning, and applying herbicide as instructed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective landscaping and grounds maintenance services to ensure the upkeep of our estates and communal areas.
- Undertake a wide range of other general caretaking duties, including litter picking, sweeping, waste and refuse collection and removal, fly tipping removal and correct disposal, clearing, cleaning, and preparing properties for occupation.
- Clear overgrown gardens of individual properties as required and dispose of all green waste from such activities.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with some experience in residential and/or parks and gardens, who has a proven track record of complying with safe systems of work and using personal protective equipment.
Candidates should also have some experience of working within a customer-focused environment, as well as some experience in the safe operation of commercial electrical and mechanical grounds maintenance equipment.
A valid vehicle driving licence for the UK is also essential.
