Workshop Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Maintenance Specialist to join our engineering team at Nationwide Platforms Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of our Depot workshop, maintaining machines under repair KPIs at manageable levels, and undertaking routine and complex repairs to machines at the depot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Workshop Service Manager in the effective running of the Depot workshop.
- Undertake routine and complex repairs to machines at the depot to ensure conformance with manufacturers' specifications and company policy.
- Work with the depot team to ensure the quantity and amount of time machines are under repair is kept as low as possible, in line with depot KPIs.
- Accurately complete all relevant paperwork, using the company's engineering system/application.
- Update the system on machine status changes, i.e., PDI/PHI carried out, machine under repair, 6-monthly statutory inspection completed, etc.
- Be an ambassador for and ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety standards and policies.
Requirements:
- IPAF Operator Licence.
- Relevant general engineering maintenance qualification, preferably to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Experience of completing complex engineering repairs.
- Experience in diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics fault finding.
