A unique opportunity exists to join a highly successful litigation team at a leading commercial practice across the island.

Your new role

You will gain exposure to complex and interesting commercial court work and be involved in high-profile cases. Working closely with clients, you will manage and mitigate risk to their business by resolving disputes efficiently and quickly either through litigation, arbitration, mediation, or expert determination.

With a strong emphasis on career development, the firm will provide training and support to help you succeed in this challenging role.

We are looking for a solicitor with NQ experience who has a sound understanding of the commercial court, or a solicitor with up to 4 years PQE handling business-critical disputes. Key skills include critical thinking, commercial awareness, and persuasive abilities.

Ideal candidates will have NI or dual qualification but all recognized solicitor qualifications will be considered if litigation experience is present.
