Nurse Specialist in Infectious Diseases

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Junior Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team at the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the department.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for Tropical Medicine and Infection Control and will be committed to providing excellent patient outcomes.
The post holder will be responsible for supervising the planning and coordination of admissions and discharges, promoting a culture of person-centred care and acting as an advocate for patients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of the department, including allocating staff and managing patient flow.
