We are seeking a skilled Linguistics Graduate to join our team in Tower Hamlets, London. As a Speech and Language Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with Speech and Language Needs and English as an Additional Language (EAL).

This rewarding role offers valuable experience and skills, equipping you with the confidence to become a Speech and Language Therapist. You will work closely with experienced support staff and a collaborative leadership team to enhance children's learning at a pivotal stage in their lives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2:1 Linguistics-related degree from a Top 20 UK university and experience working with children. This is a full-time term-time only role, paying £420-£500 per week, paid weekly on a PAYE basis. If you are passionate about education and making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.

Job Role
  • Supervise small groups of students through interventions sessions and on a 1:1 basis requiring Speech and Language or those with EAL.
  • Support KS1 and KS2 students by guiding them through well-structured lessons to improve language comprehension and communication skills.
  • Work in the SEN department alongside Speech and Language Therapist.
