Community Dietitian Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Community Dietitian to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nutrition support services to patients in the community.

About the Role

This is a Band 5 permanent and full-time position, ideal for someone who is enthusiastic and self-motivated with an interest in developing their knowledge and skills in nutrition support across a diverse area in central London.

The post holder will work as part of a wider network of Dietitians throughout the Trust, participating in Quality Improvement projects and audits, and supporting student training.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing patients' caseloads requiring nutrition support, including face-to-face clinics, virtual consultations, and home visits.
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans for patients with nutrition-related conditions.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • Health Care Professions Council Registration.
  • Experience working with patients with nutrition-related conditions.
  • Ability to communicate complex medical conditions effectively.
