The role of the Program Management Team is to empower our research teams to excel in their work and drive fast-paced progress towards our mission. Key Responsibilities- Apply program management methodologies to multiple initiatives, balancing progress and risk to deliver sustainable change and meet objectives.
- Work with researchers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Lead your team on all required elements of end-to-end project planning and delivery, using your knowledge of project methodologies including tools and techniques such as stand ups, retrospectives, agile boards, and project plans.
You will be responsible for working with your team to organise and optimise research into clear goals and objectives. This will involve tracking progress, maintaining up-to-date information, and relevant technical documentation, anticipating and proposing solutions to issues and risks.
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager who possesses knowledge and expertise in project/program management, with the ability to navigate through ambiguity and adjust plans and strategies as project conditions change. You will also need strong communication skills, with the ability to develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and leverage these to influence action and outcomes, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business needs.
Requirements- Knowledge and familiarity with technical concepts such as information theory, mathematics, technical architectures, statistics, computer science, machine learning, or reinforcement learning.
- A BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of the Research Lifecycle.
Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum
