Private Client Paralegal/Fee Earner

Job Title: Private Client Paralegal to Solicitor Salary: £25K - £50K DOE Location: Weston Super Mare. Hybrid (Fee Earners & Solicitors)Hours: Full time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Paralegal/Fee Earner to join our team at Simpson Judge Ltd. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for assisting Fee Earners and Solicitors in Private Client Matters, including Wills, Trusts LPA, COP, Trusts and estate of administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Fee Earners and Solicitors in Private Client Matters, including Wills, Trusts LPA, COP, Trusts and estate of administration
  • Conduct legal research and prepare documentation
  • Assist with client meetings and communications
  • Manage administrative tasks related to client files
  • Collaborate with solicitors to ensure smooth case progression
  • Provide exceptional service to valued clients
  • Updating case management systems
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Private Client Paralegal/Fee Earner with at least 2 years of experience in Private Client. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience in Wills, Trusts LPA, COP, Trusts and estate of administration.
