Job Title: Business IT Change Manager

Job Summary:

Vitality Corporate Services is seeking a highly skilled Business IT Change Manager to join our team. As a Business IT Change Manager, you will be responsible for defining policy and standards for Change workflows, assessing Change impacts and risks, and acting as an escalation point for Change requesters, approvers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain Change workflows and policies
  • Assess Change impacts and risks, making decisions on behalf of the business
  • Act as an escalation point for Change requesters, approvers, and business stakeholders
  • Publish and manage a consolidated forward schedule of IT changes affecting the UK business
  • Enforce induction training of the Change Process for new starters
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate the successful transition of IT services

Requirements:

  • ITIL Foundation and Practitioner qualifications
  • ITIL Service Transition certification
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Change Management
  • Significant IT experience in the insurance sector
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with Project and Visio
