About the Role

PARETO SECURITIES AS is currently looking for a talented Wester Ross Aquaculture Assistant to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves supporting aquaculture activities, ensuring safe handling and storage of deck cargo, and liaising with farm management on operational matters.

The successful candidate will have STCW & RYA certification and an ML5 or ENG1 Medical certificate. They will also receive training if needed.

The estimated salary for this role is £27,236 to £30,504 per annum, with opportunities for overtime at an enhanced rate and a cyclical bonus scheme offering up to 15% annual earnings potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Support aquaculture activities including treatment, harvest, and grading
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of deck cargo
  • Liaise with farm management on operational matters
  • Contribute to stock control and supply chain management
  • Maintain high standards of bio-security and fish health
