Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Operations Specialist to join our team at PARETO SECURITIES AS in Wester Ross.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deckhand to take on a new challenge and work with our aquaculture operations team.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the farm management team with operational tasks
  • Maintaining high standards of bio-security and fish health
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the farm
  • Contributing to stock control and supply chain management
  • Participating in cyclical bonus scheme offering up to 15% annual earnings potential

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,326-£31,784.

Requirements:

  • STCW & RYA certification required
  • ML5 or ENG1 Medical certificate required
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to understand site objectives and support team goals
  • Commitment to safe working practices
  • Valid driver's license essential (with support for lessons if needed)
