Key Responsibilities
  • Define business requirements and solution development with subject matter experts

Requirements
  • Experienced Business Analyst with significant demonstrable experience shaping and delivering IT projects

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and proven experience in dealing with senior business users
  • Strong understanding of business analysis and project management methodologies, including Prince 2 Practitioner, APMP, Scrum Master, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable working relationships at all levels across the business
  • Understanding of IT Service Management, including ITIL
  • Exhibits authority and leadership, takes responsibility, is independent and self-starting
  • Demonstrates teamwork at the highest level, highly collaborative approach
  • Highly customer and delivery focused, meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Demonstrates the Client Values (Respect, Teamwork, Integrity, Excellence)
