About the JobThis role involves working closely with other professionals to assess and address the needs of children referred to the service. You will conduct investigations, write reports, and attend meetings to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assessing referrals to the service and developing individual plans
- Collaborating with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
- Attending Child Protection meetings and Case Conferences
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Post-qualifying experience as a Children in Need Social Worker within the UK social care industry
- Registration with the HCPC
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
